On one occasion, I indulged in the Southwest Burger, featuring a flavorful vegan patty topped with Southwest sauce, crisp lettuce, and juicy tomato, accompanied by a generous side of perfectly cooked fries. Another visit led me to the Caesar Salad, a delightful blend of romaine lettuce, tempeh bacon, fresh Parmesan, vegan cheese, and crunchy croutons.

My dining partner, a meat eater, raved about the Tacos Pura Vida. The soft taco shells were filled with a combination of black beans, vegan chicken, vegan mozzarella, corn, mango salsa, sriracha coleslaw, guacamole, vegan sour cream, and finished with a drizzle of Southwest sauce and cilantro. Now, let's talk about the food itself. We ordered a Dragon Fruit Balance, an AB&J Bowl, and an Avocado Protein, and each dish exceeded our expectations. The Dragon Fruit Balance, with its toppings of strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and honey, was a delightful burst of flavors.

The AB&J Bowl, featuring almond or oat mylk, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, dates, almond butter, and sea salt, blended to perfection and topped with flax and hemp granola, bananas, strawberries, and blackberries, was a delicious combination of textures and tastes

 The Avocado Protein salad is a wholesome combination of romaine, tri-color quinoa, carrots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, tahini chickpeas, sunflower seeds, almonds, pepitas, avocado, and homemade cashew ranch dressing.

What's particularly remarkable about Raw Juice Weston is its generous portion sizes. You won't leave hungry; that's for sure! And the best part? The food is not just healthy; it's delicious. They take pride in the quality of their ingredients and preparation.

I had the pleasure of dining at three different Planta locations in various cities, and each experience was an absolute delight. Planta, with its multiple locations spanning Florida, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Chicago, DC, New York, and Toronto, offers a unique dining experience with a slightly different flair at each spot. The common theme, however, is exceptional food and outstanding service.

What sets Planta apart is its commitment to providing an array of delectable plant-based dishes. Upon entering, we quickly discovered that sharing everything on the menu was the way to go, allowing us to savor a diverse selection of dishes. And trust me, we tried quite a variety!

The sushi selection was a highlight of our meal, offering multiple types, each bursting with incredible flavor. While it's difficult to pick a favorite, the baked crab roll left a lasting impression with its delicious blend of ingredients.

We also indulged in several other dishes, including the Pad Thai slaw, bang bang broccoli, Hawaiian pizza, lettuce wraps, and cauliflower tots. The cauliflower tots, in particular, were a revelation and quickly became one of my personal favorites. Planta's menu truly offers an extensive array of options to satisfy any palate, whether you're a longtime plant-based enthusiast or a newcomer to the world of vegetarian cuisine.

To conclude our dining experience on a sweet note, we couldn't resist trying the brownie with ice cream, and it was nothing short of fabulous. The perfect ending to a memorable meal.

Not only does Planta excel in the culinary department, but the service was outstanding at every location we visited. The servers were knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring we had an enjoyable dining experience.

 I tried Hummus House, a charming little restaurant with incredibly delicious food. Their Hummus Spicy "Beef" Bowl, which is entirely vegan, features a delectable combination of hummus and spicy ground "beef," served with pita bread, a side of schug (spicy sauce), Israeli pickles, and red cabbage salad. The prices are reasonable, considering the generous portion size; I even had enough for two meals. As someone with gluten restrictions, I appreciated the option to substitute the pita bread. For dessert, the marble halava was a delightful conclusion to the meal. 

What makes Hummus House even more appealing is the choice to dine indoors or outdoors. My personal highlight was the outdoor seating area behind the restaurant overlooking the water, with boats passing by and a perfect breeze. I highly recommend trying this place for a memorable dining experience!

This was my second time dining at IL Mulino, and I can't help but gush about the fabulous experience on both occasions. Their dedication to catering to food allergies extends to every aspect of the dining experience, including cocktails and appetizers. The team's commitment to ensuring that all diners feel safe and welcome is commendable.

Thanks to our extraordinary waiter, Sergii, our dining experience was elevated to new heights. Luck was on our side as we enjoyed his attentive service on both visits, and we will be sure to request him for all future visits. Sergii is not just a waiter; he's an integral part of the IL Mulino experience. His attention to detail and personalized recommendations ensured that our meal was perfect.

What truly stood out during our visit was how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate specific dietary needs. After explaining my allergies to Sergii, he introduced us to a vegan wine, Nevio, which was a delightful discovery. Additionally, he recommended a lemon drop cocktail, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

As for the main course, IL Mulino offers a variety of options. On a previous visit, I enjoyed a delightful Risotto with zucchini, bell peppers, caramelized onions, chickpeas, and coconut milk. This time, I opted for the Pizza Rossa, which featured sun-dried tomatoes, caramelized onions, arugula, cannellini bean sauce, tomato sauce, and plant-based cheese. Both dishes were incredibly delicious and showcased the kitchen's culinary expertise.

To cap off our dining experience, Sergii inquired if we were interested in dessert or an after-dinner drink. At this point, we were pleasantly surprised by a visit from Jason, whom we believe is the owner. He checked in on our evening, offered to buy drinks, and engaged in a friendly chat. His personal touch added an extra layer of warmth to our visit.

In summary, IL Mulino is a gem in Fort Lauderdale. It's a place where exquisite food, remarkable service, and a welcoming atmosphere create a memorable dining experience. I recently dined at Raw Juice in Fort Lauderdale, and it was a delightful experience. The service was impeccable - the staff was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about their menu. I opted for the Avocado Protein Salad, which was a healthy and satisfying choice. It was packed with romaine, tri-color quinoa, carrots, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, Tahini, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, almonds, pepitas, and, of course, creamy Avocado. The dairy-free ranch dressing was a nice touch. The salad was not only delicious but also generous in size. As if that wasn't enough, they offered a brownie trio that was safe for me to enjoy, which was the perfect sweet ending to my meal. Raw Juice truly offers a wholesome and enjoyable dining experience that caters to various dietary preferences. I'll definitely be returning soon!
