 I tried Hummus House, a charming little restaurant with incredibly delicious food. Their Hummus Spicy "Beef" Bowl, which is entirely vegan, features a delectable combination of hummus and spicy ground "beef," served with pita bread, a side of schug (spicy sauce), Israeli pickles, and red cabbage salad. The prices are reasonable, considering the generous portion size; I even had enough for two meals. As someone with gluten restrictions, I appreciated the option to substitute the pita bread. For dessert, the marble halava was a delightful conclusion to the meal. 

What makes Hummus House even more appealing is the choice to dine indoors or outdoors. My personal highlight was the outdoor seating area behind the restaurant overlooking the water, with boats passing by and a perfect breeze. I highly recommend trying this place for a memorable dining experience!

 IL, Mulino is an Italian restaurant you must visit in the Lauderdale area. This charming establishment excels in crafting delectable Italian cuisine and stands out for its exceptional service, accommodating approach to food allergies, and genuine commitment to making every visit memorable.

This was my second time dining at IL Mulino, and I can't help but gush about the fabulous experience on both occasions. Their dedication to catering to food allergies extends to every aspect of the dining experience, including cocktails and appetizers. The team's commitment to ensuring that all diners feel safe and welcome is commendable.

Thanks to our extraordinary waiter, Sergii, our dining experience was elevated to new heights. Luck was on our side as we enjoyed his attentive service on both visits, and we will be sure to request him for all future visits. Sergii is not just a waiter; he's an integral part of the IL Mulino experience. His attention to detail and personalized recommendations ensured that our meal was perfect.

What truly stood out during our visit was how the staff went above and beyond to accommodate specific dietary needs. After explaining my allergies to Sergii, he introduced us to a vegan wine, Nevio, which was a delightful discovery. Additionally, he recommended a lemon drop cocktail, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

As for the main course, IL Mulino offers a variety of options. On a previous visit, I enjoyed a delightful Risotto with zucchini, bell peppers, caramelized onions, chickpeas, and coconut milk. This time, I opted for the Pizza Rossa, which featured sun-dried tomatoes, caramelized onions, arugula, cannellini bean sauce, tomato sauce, and plant-based cheese. Both dishes were incredibly delicious and showcased the kitchen's culinary expertise.

To cap off our dining experience, Sergii inquired if we were interested in dessert or an after-dinner drink. At this point, we were pleasantly surprised by a visit from Jason, whom we believe is the owner. He checked in on our evening, offered to buy drinks, and engaged in a friendly chat. His personal touch added an extra layer of warmth to our visit.

In summary, IL Mulino is a gem in Fort Lauderdale. It's a place where exquisite food, remarkable service, and a welcoming atmosphere create a memorable dining experience. I recently dined at Raw Juice in Fort Lauderdale, and it was a delightful experience. The service was impeccable - the staff was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about their menu. I opted for the Avocado Protein Salad, which was a healthy and satisfying choice. It was packed with romaine, tri-color quinoa, carrots, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, Tahini, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, almonds, pepitas, and, of course, creamy Avocado. The dairy-free ranch dressing was a nice touch. The salad was not only delicious but also generous in size. As if that wasn't enough, they offered a brownie trio that was safe for me to enjoy, which was the perfect sweet ending to my meal. Raw Juice truly offers a wholesome and enjoyable dining experience that caters to various dietary preferences. I'll definitely be returning soon!

During my visit, I ordered the Pascal roll, which usually contains salmon, avocado, cream cheese, tempura crunch, scallions, and masago. However, due to my allergies, I requested certain ingredients to be omitted. I was thoroughly impressed with how well the restaurant handled my request, ensuring my meal was safe and delicious. The experience at Cilantro was a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.

I've had the pleasure of dining at Vegan Tierra on multiple occasions, and each visit reaffirms my appreciation for this fantastic vegan restaurant. Vegan Tierra is a welcoming place for both dine-in and takeout options.

On my most recent visit, I opted for the sliders made with Impossible beef and "American Cheese" served with french fries. The sliders capture the essence of traditional sliders but with a vegan twist. Impossible meat is ingenious, and the "American Cheese" adds an authentic touch. The flavors were spot-on.

During my previous visit, I tried the Cuban wrap, a medley of black beans, Jasmine rice, picadillo, ground Impossible meat, creamy avocado, and sweet plantains wrapped in a hearty wheat wrap. The combination was not just innovative but delicious. Vegan Tierra's dedication to creative vegan cuisine is truly impressive.

 The menu's thoughtful design ensures that individuals with various dietary restrictions can still enjoy multiple flavorful options.

During my visit, I opted for the chili lime salad, and it was nothing short of delicious. The only minor downside was that I wished there was a bit more dressing on the salad. However, I'll keep in mind to request extra dressing on my next visit.

One convenience factor I appreciated is that Parlour Vegan Bakery is primarily a takeout place. You can either order online or walk in, and for online orders, they even offer a convenient curbside pickup option.

Overall, if you're looking for a place that offers more than just baked goods and caters to vegans, Parlour Vegan Bakery is worth a visit. The variety of menu options, including seasonal specials, make it a delightful choice for those who seek tasty, plant-based food.

For my meal, I chose the Harvest Bowl, which was a delightful combination of lemon couscous, spiced potatoes and lentils, carrot hash, and pickled red onions. The food was undeniably good, though I felt it could have benefited from a touch more seasoning. Nevertheless, it was a satisfying and hearty dish that showcased the creativity in their dairy free, gluten free offerings.

What truly stood out during my visit was the staff's exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to accommodate my dietary restrictions, which added to the overall positive experience. The atmosphere at Coop 303 was equally pleasant, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for diners.

In summary, Coop 303 is a noteworthy choice for people with food allergies. While a bit more seasoning in the food would have been ideal, the restaurant's friendly staff and inviting atmosphere make it a great place to enjoy a satisfying meal. I would recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.

I have dined at both locations multiple times, and have had consistently positive experiences. 

Food:

1. Asian Ahi Tuna Salad: I thoroughly enjoyed the Asian Ahi Tuna Salad, which features seared tuna over artisan greens, wasabi, and cilantro vinaigrette. I opted to remove the egg noodles, and the result was delicious. The seared tuna was perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors was outstanding.
2. Broiled Salmon: I also tried the broiled Salmon, seasoned nicely and served with steamed veggies and a baked potato without sour cream or butter. The Salmon was cooked to my exact liking and had a fantastic taste. The steamed vegetables complemented the dish well, and I used a vinaigrette to add a bit of zing to the meal.
3. Alex Salad: I also sampled the Alex Salad but made some modifications by removing the bacon and croutons. In its basic form, the salad is a good choice for those looking for a more straightforward salad option.

Service:

The manager and staff at both locations were exceptionally accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure my dietary restrictions and allergies were taken seriously. They meticulously noted my allergies and even confirmed with the chef that all my ordered items were safe to consume. The chef took the time to come out and personally verify my dietary needs, reassuring me that they would handle my food with utmost care.

Ambiance:

Both of the locations I visited offered a great ambiance. The overall atmosphere was inviting and well-suited for a pleasant dining experience.

My experiences at J Alexander's in Fort Lauderdale and Plantation, Florida, have been consistently positive. The food is of high quality, with the Asian Ahi Tuna Salad and broiled Salmon being excellent choices. The accommodating and attentive service, including the chef's involvement in ensuring my dietary requirements were met, added to the overall positive impression of the restaurant. Additionally, the ambiance in both locations is delightful, making it an excellent choice for dining.

I was excited to try their Pizza, and I was not disappointed.

The atmosphere at Joseph's Pizza is cozy and welcoming. It's a typical pizza place with a laid-back, family-friendly vibe. The highlight of my visit was the excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their menu. They made sure to accommodate my dietary restrictions, which was much appreciated.

Vegan and Gluten-Free Options:

Joseph's Pizza offers vegan and gluten-free options, a big win for those with dietary restrictions. It's always nice to have various choices, and this restaurant doesn't disappoint in that department.

Food:

I ordered a gluten-free crust with vegan sauce, cheese, onions, and black olives. The Pizza arrived looking and smelling delicious. The gluten-free crust was surprisingly crispy and had a great texture. The vegan sauce was rich and flavorful, and the vegan cheese melted beautifully. The onions and black olives added a nice contrast in flavors, and everything blended perfectly.

The overall taste of the Pizza was excellent. The kitchen ensures their vegan and gluten-free options are as tasty as their regular offerings. The portion size was generous, and I left feeling satisfied and content.

Conclusion:
